Regional QC Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead regional laboratory and quality control governance across all operating entities and sites.
• Implement and govern ISO 17025 requirements, including method validation, traceability, and calibration.
• Ensure reliable, accurate, and timely laboratory testing, reporting, and sample handling.
• Govern laboratory competency frameworks, technical qualifications, and personnel authorization.
• Oversee equipment calibration, measurement reliability, and laboratory data integrity.
• Support RCA and CAPA investigations related to product quality and process instability.
• Manage audit readiness and ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ISO standards.
• Drive laboratory digitalization and the adoption of Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
• Lead and develop regional laboratory teams and country-level QC leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Control.
• At least 3 years of experience in a regional or multi-site managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 17025 and ISO 9001 standards.
• Proven experience leading quality teams and managing complex audits.
• Proficiency in quality tools, software, and data analysis.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel across the region as required.
