Regional Property Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct day-to-day property operations across assigned portfolio
• Manage on-site teams directly
• Maximize income and control costs for the properties
• Review monthly financial reporting and budget variance analysis
• Oversee the annual budgeting process with owners and property managers
• Design and implement competitive incentive compensation programs
• Develop and implement marketing plans across markets
• Perform regular site visits and physical inspections of properties
• Maintain positive client relationships
• Recruit, train, and develop on-site staff
• Monitor AR and AP functions for each property

Requirements

• 6-10 years experience with 1000+ units and scattered site experience preferred
• Experience managing on-site staff and maintenance teams
• Knowledge of real estate, property management, and landlord/tenant laws
• Proficiency in Yardi required
• Experience with Microsoft, SAP Concur, or TenantTech preferred
• Bachelor's Degree preferred, industry experience considered
