About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead a diverse group of properties including Section 8 and Tax Credit
- Oversee overall site operations
- Motivate and train teams through effective leadership
- Hire, coach, and develop staff in property management, budget, and financial management
- Build and maintain professional relationships with property owners and various agencies
Requirements
- Five or more years of leadership experience in affordable housing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong financial background
- Ability to troubleshoot difficult assets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Ability to travel
