Regional Property Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Community Managers and their respective teams
• Oversee operations, sales, and finances for multiple assets within the Arizona portfolio
• Manage property budgets, drive revenue growth, and achieve operational goals
• Facilitate leasing activities and maintenance management to ensure resident satisfaction
• Ensure adherence to legal standards and company policies across all managed properties

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales, customer service, and asset management
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience leading large teams in a competitive environment
• Proven ability to mentor and coach a diverse group of team members
• Strong understanding of financial management and budgeting
• Proficiency with property management tools such as OneSite, SmartRent, or Salesforce
