Regional Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the scope of project installation and completion
• Maintain all compliance regulations related to the position
• Train and coach Pump and Power associates on equipment troubleshooting and product knowledge
• Travel to all Pump and Power locations to establish correct procedures
• Develop multi-skill level training programs for Product Specialists and Field Service Mechanics
• Assist Project Specialists in technical sales applications
• Engineer and manage large projects
• Stay up-to-date on all safety procedures relating to fleet

Requirements

• Past project management or job foreman experience
• Subject matter expertise in Pump, Power, and HVAC equipment
• Prior experience facilitating training in a classroom or field setting
• Ability to manage multiple projects within budget and timeline
• Proficiency in Google Suites
• Ability to travel frequently
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
