Regional Product Manager - Thermal

Responsibilities

• Manage the thermal product range, identifying technical gaps and ensuring maximum European car parc coverage
• Lead end-to-end orchestration for new product launches, coordinating with Suppliers, Supply Chain, and Legal departments
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and SWOT analyses to maintain market edge and innovation leadership
• Drive market intelligence by participating in 5-year product strategy and yearly budget planning
• Develop "Go-to-Market" strategies, including sales pitches, launch kits, and European promotion campaigns
• Define pricing corridors and optimize margins in cooperation with pricing and purchasing teams
• Ensure data integrity across internal systems and external catalogues, including TecDoc and OE cross-lists

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Business or Engineering
• Approximately 3 years of experience in Trade Marketing or Product Management within a complex, multi-range environment
• Proficiency in Excel with the ability to synthesize complex data into strategic insights
• Fluency in English and an international mindset for cross-cultural collaboration
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders and work effectively in a team-oriented environment
