Regional Product Line Commercial Leader – FKM

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial execution and growth strategy for the Viton™ FKM fluoroelastomers portfolio across North and Latin America
• Translate global product strategy into clear regional execution plans to drive revenue, market share, and profitability
• Own regional product line financial performance, including sales revenue and variable contribution
• Drive demand generation through new account acquisition and application development
• Build and manage the opportunity pipeline, ensuring rigorous forecasting accuracy and conversion
• Develop and strengthen relationships with key direct customers and strategic downstream partners
• Lead regional pricing execution and supply allocation decisions in partnership with supply chain teams
• Coach and mentor a high-performing commercial team of FKM-focused Account Managers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline
• 7+ years of commercial, marketing, or business experience with customer-facing responsibilities
• Foundational knowledge of polymers and/or elastomers
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior technical, commercial, or operations experience specifically with FKM/fluoroelastomers
• Experience in commercial product management
• Proficiency with SAP and Salesforce (SFDC)
• Experience working in SOX-controlled environments
