About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive in-market product adoption by partnering with the Korea Sales team
- Act as the voice of the Korean market by synthesizing customer and market feedback
- Influence the product roadmap through Business Requirements Documents
- Enable customer success by identifying product gaps and greenfield opportunities
- Build operational leverage by improving tools and processes for Sales and Product Specialists
- Communicate product updates and market trends across GTM and Product teams
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in product operations, product management, or strategy consulting
- Experience in ad tech, mobile marketing, or SaaS
- Solid understanding of the Korean mobile advertising ecosystem
- Analytical and structured thinking skills
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Business-level proficiency in both Korean and English
