Regional Procurement Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage and process purchase requirements for schools within the region.
• Maintain the regional procurement tracker to reflect the status of all purchases.
• Monitor and ensure the timely delivery of goods and services to schools.
• Oversee vendor onboarding, including due diligence, contract administration, and performance evaluation.
• Coordinate the collection, verification, and archiving of compliance documents for all transactions.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, local regulations, and ethical standards.
• Establish and track measurable Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for requisition turnaround and delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance and academic departments, to align procurement with organizational goals.
• Support internal and external audits by providing accurate procurement documentation and records.

Requirements

• Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, specifically NetSuite, is a must.
• Strong organizational and tracking skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities for liaising with vendors and internal teams.
• Familiarity with compliance documentation and procurement processes.
• Ability to work independently and manage regional workflows.
