Regional Premium Key Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and retain a high-potential Premium client portfolio
• Implement strategic action plans for high-end clients (starred restaurants, caterers, palaces, 5-star hotels)
• Conduct regular business reviews and manage sales forecasts
• Negotiate tailor-made partnership agreements
• Promote METRO private labels to selective clientele
• Build a strong internal and external ecosystem (sales teams, purchasing, supply chain, partners)
• Participate in professional events, trade shows, and gastronomic meetings
• Monitor performance indicators and implement corrective actions
• Manage receivables and accounting balances

Requirements

• Proven experience in key account management, ideally in gastronomy or high-end catering
• Strong passion for gastronomy and understanding of Premium client needs
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trust
• Mastery of sales and negotiation techniques
• Ability to work transversally and manage complex networks
