About the role

Responsibilities

  • Implement optimized shared services initiatives across the Americas, including Payroll, Learning, Master Data Management, Talent Acquisition support, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Deliver services in alignment with the GSS People Services strategy, collaborating with regional P&O leaders and global leadership.
  • Act as the primary focal point for service delivery issues and complaints within the Americas, managing communication between service lines and business units.
  • Manage relationships with key business partners, external vendors, and regional stakeholders.
  • Leverage existing technologies and Group P&O systems to optimize processes and promote global standardization.
  • Drive continuous improvement to optimize service costs and resource capacity.

Requirements

  • University degree in a relevant field.
  • Postgraduate degree in a related area.
  • Proven experience managing service delivery teams, preferably within Human Resources.
  • Experience in developing and managing teams within a global context.
  • Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish to facilitate communication with global areas.
