Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end mass hiring for Business Partners (field employees) across Nusa Tenggara
• Build talent pipelines through job portals, referrals, job fairs, and community outreach
• Partner with Regional and Branch leaders to fulfill workforce needs and achieve hiring targets
• Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
• Handle employee administration and ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
• Support People & Culture initiatives and provide HR guidance to managers and employees
• Manage employee relations matters and help foster a positive work environment
• Track hiring progress and provide regular recruitment updates to stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Regional HR or similar role
• Understanding of full cycle mass recruiting
• Good knowledge of labor regulations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Leadership abilities
• BSc in Human Resources Management, Law, or a relevant field
• Willingness to work with high mobility to Nusa Tenggara areas
• Preference for candidates home-based in Lombok
