Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end mass hiring for Business Partners (field employees) across Nusa Tenggara
- Build talent pipelines through job portals, referrals, job fairs, and community outreach
- Partner with Regional and Branch leaders to fulfill workforce needs and achieve hiring targets
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
- Handle employee administration and ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
- Support People & Culture initiatives and provide HR guidance to managers and employees
- Manage employee relations matters and help foster a positive work environment
- Track hiring progress and provide regular recruitment updates to stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Regional HR or similar role
- Understanding of full cycle mass recruiting
- Good knowledge of labor regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Leadership abilities
- BSc in Human Resources Management, Law, or a relevant field
- Willingness to work with high mobility to Nusa Tenggara areas
- Preference for candidates home-based in Lombok
