Responsibilities

• Process all administration related to employees at the branch in accordance with applicable regulations
• Conduct socialization and implement all programs related to People and Culture in the branches
• Manage and resolve employee relations issues through effective, thorough, and objective investigation
• Work closely with management and employees to improve working relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Regional HR or similar role
• Understanding of full cycle mass recruiting
• Good knowledge of labor regulations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Leadership abilities
• BSc in Human Resources Management, Law, or a relevant field
• Willingness to work with high mobility to Palembang and other Sumatera areas
• Must be home based in Palembang
