Regional People and Culture Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Support Commercial Operations Leaders in people management, team building, and conflict resolution
• Manage PC processes including recruitment, selection, employer branding, and onboarding for commercial roles
• Coordinate performance reviews, development planning, and legal aspects of employment
• Collaborate on designing and optimizing incentive systems and commercial goals
• Monitor HR KPIs such as turnover, absenteeism, and onboarding efficiency
• Participate in HR projects like leadership development and retention initiatives
• Work with central People and Culture teams to implement HR policies

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a large organization, preferably in commercial operations
• Strong ability to build partner relationships with business stakeholders
• Understanding of commercial operations (KPIs, incentive systems, turnover, performance pressure)
• Excellent communication skills and flexibility in dynamic environments
• Good knowledge of labor law
• Fluency in English (verbal and written)
• Valid Category B driver's license
• Higher education degree
