Regional People Advisor

Responsibilities

• Lead HR initiatives and projects across the Netherlands and provide support for Germany and other EMEA countries.
• Act as a key liaison and build collaborative partnerships with the Netherlands Works Council (Ondernemingsraad).
• Provide coaching to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Manage employee relations matters, including conducting workplace investigations and guiding performance management.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies while assessing regional risks.
• Collaborate with HR operations, payroll, and legal departments to deliver seamless HR services.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR experience, ideally as a Regional HR Business Partner or HR Manager.
• Fluency in English, Dutch, and German.
• Proven experience in employee relations and conducting workplace investigations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS tools (Workday preferred).
• Indefinite right to work in the Netherlands.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to navigate diverse cultural environments.

• Experience covering multiple EMEA countries.
• Experience using AI tools in a professional capacity.
