Responsibilities

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage telecom partners, technology consultants, VARs, and TSDs
  • Manage regional channel pipeline and go-to-market activities to drive incremental revenue
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Dialpad products to educate and train partners
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of Channel Account Management experience in enterprise software
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and pipeline goals
  • Experience recruiting partners, value-added resellers, and Master/Sub Agencies
  • Experience working for an emerging tech company
  • Strong presentation, training, and product demonstration skills
  • Proven methodology for prospecting and building a pipeline
