About the role
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end commercial engagement with delivery partners in the Asia region
- Drive regional partner strategy, managing partner utilization and accelerating cloud growth
- Lead partner selection and contracting, acting as an advisor on capability and capacity
- Negotiate subcontractor agreements, including scope, pricing, and contract terms
- Oversee partner performance across all ISD engagements, monitoring delivery outcomes and KPIs
- Drive cloud growth by embedding consumption-focused incentives into partner contracts
- Manage a regional team of Partner Commercial ICs, providing direction and mentorship
- Execute the regional partner strategy by focusing investments on high-performing partners
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, delivery, legal, and finance teams
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology partner management, consulting, or outsourcing
- Proven track record in structuring large subcontractor agreements or alliances
- Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills
- Deep understanding of commercial models (T&M, fixed-price, outcome-based)
- Expertise in financial analysis and pricing strategies to meet gross margin objectives
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to optimize partner ecosystems
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in cloud services, specifically with Microsoft Azure
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree
- Professional certifications in project management or cloud technologies
