Regional Outbound Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern the monthly S&OP cycle, including Demand Review, Supply Review, Pre-S&OP, and Executive S&OP
• Maintain and improve the S&OP cadence, calendar, templates, KPIs, and documentation
• Facilitate demand planning meetings with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations
• Consolidate commercial forecasts into a statistically validated, consensus demand plan
• Track forecast accuracy, Take Rate, On Time Delivery, and other performance indicators to drive continuous improvement
• Identify key market drivers, risks, and opportunities impacting demand
• Ensure smooth production transfers by utilizing established processes for SOP and EOP

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, or S&OP-related roles
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in forecasting and supply planning concepts
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills across various levels of an organization
