Regional OPEX Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive operational performance through KPI management, structured performance reviews, and sustainable improvement initiatives
• Lead the regional OPEX agenda and coordinate Smart Operations activities across multiple countries and plants
• Develop a continuous improvement culture by building capabilities and strengthening problem-solving competencies
• Identify performance gaps and optimization opportunities through structured plant analyses and benchmarking
• Drive cost efficiency and value creation through cross-plant initiatives focused on materials, labor, and energy
• Promote digitalization, automation, and data-driven decision-making to improve process efficiency
• Act as a functional leader for local OPEX Managers, providing coaching and guidance

Requirements

• University degree combined with several years of experience in manufacturing, operational excellence, or lean management
• Practical experience with continuous improvement methodologies, change management, and project management
• Proven experience leading teams and building organizational capabilities across multiple sites
• Strong analytical skills with a hands-on, pragmatic approach to problem-solving
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills in an international environment
• Fluency in English and a high willingness to travel within the region
