Responsibilities

• Develop, codify, and refine high-impact operational priorities, policies, and procedures
• Serve as the primary liaison between school operations and the network to analyze regional trends and implement solutions
• Partner with Principals to integrate operational strategies that support academic vision
• Lead the full talent lifecycle for school-based Business Operations Managers, including hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluation
• Design and execute engagement and training plans to maximize staff retention
• Manage end-to-end school operations to ensure sites meet key operational performance indicators (KPIs)
• Enforce network-wide standards for safety, aesthetics, and health protocols
• Oversee regional logistics and financial health, including school budgets and facilities

Requirements

• Four-year college degree
• At least 2 years of experience as a leader in a school setting
• Demonstrated ability to indirectly manage and influence stakeholders
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills
• Ability to commit to a 3-year term
