Regional Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee Distribution Center Managers in daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, shipping, and receiving
• Monitor workflow planning, labor allocation, and productivity metrics
• Ensure consistent execution of company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Conduct regular operational reviews, facility audits, and performance assessments
• Coach, mentor, and develop Distribution Center Managers and Supervisors
• Analyze key operational KPIs and implement corrective actions
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and increase productivity
• Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits
• Ensure compliance with company safety programs and OSHA regulations
• Support staffing strategies and workforce planning
• Travel 25–50% to assigned Distribution Centers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of warehouse or distribution center management experience
• Multi-site leadership experience preferred
• Proficiency with WMS systems and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
