Regional Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Implement operational strategies across regional locations to ensure quality and productivity.
• Oversee automated cross-docking (sorter) operations and human capital management.
• Ensure compliance with delivery guarantees, cross-docking standards, and productivity KPIs.
• Design and execute plans to meet route demands and optimize routing to various nodes and destinations.
• Manage and control regional operating expenses.
• Develop contingency plans and implement preventive controls within the operation.
• Identify and address operational anomalies or suspicious package activity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Intermediate level of SAP.
• 5 years of experience as a Supervisor or Coordinator in Logistics, Distribution, or Transport.
• Proven experience in personnel management and operational administration.
• Strong knowledge of route mapping, loading, shipping, and traffic management.
• Ability to manage service indicators and operational workflows.
