Regional Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Implement operational strategies across regional locations to ensure high-quality service.
• Oversee the automated cross-docking (sorter) system and human capital to maintain productivity.
• Ensure compliance with delivery guarantees and cross-docking standards.
• Design and execute plans to meet route demands and optimize routing to various nodes and destinations.
• Manage and control regional operating expenses.
• Develop contingency plans and implement preventive controls within the operation.
• Identify and address operational anomalies or suspicious package activity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Licenciatura or Ingeniería).
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Intermediate level of SAP.
• 5 years of experience as a Supervisor or Coordinator in Logistics, Distribution, or Transportation.
• Proven experience in personnel management and operational administration.
• Strong knowledge of service indicators, route mapping, loading, shipping, and traffic management.
• Ability to work the night shift (9 pm to 6 am), Monday through Saturday.
