Regional Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Implement operational strategies across regional locations to ensure high-quality service.
• Oversee Cross Dock operations and automated sorter systems to guarantee delivery compliance.
• Monitor and drive productivity indicators and service level agreements.
• Design and execute plans to meet route demands and optimize routing to various nodes and destinations.
• Manage and control regional operational expenses.
• Develop contingency plans and ensure preventive controls are in place within the operation.
• Identify and address anomalies in operational processes or suspicious package activity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Licenciatura or Ingeniería).
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Intermediate level of SAP.
• 5 years of experience as a Supervisor or Coordinator in Logistics, Distribution, or Transportation.
• Proven experience in personnel management and operational administration.
• Strong knowledge of service indicators, route mapping, loading, shipping, and traffic management.
