Regional Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee all regional operations, including truckload, drayage, and local pickup & delivery (P&D)
• Own full regional P&L, including revenue, cost control, and margin performance
• Drive operational execution to meet or exceed service KPIs such as on-time performance, utilization, and safety
• Partner with Sales to support growth initiatives, pricing strategies, and customer onboarding
• Develop and execute regional capacity plans involving company drivers, owner-operators, and vendor partners
• Ensure proper staffing, training, and performance management across all regional stations
• Implement and enforce standard operating procedures, compliance, and safety standards
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize network performance

Requirements

• 7+ years of transportation or logistics operations experience
• Proven experience managing P&L and driving margin improvement
• Strong knowledge of truckload, drayage, and local P&D operations
• Experience in multi-site leadership and managing teams across multiple locations
• Proficiency in TMS systems and operational reporting tools
• High school diploma or GED required

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Customer Operations
