Regional Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage City Managers and Area Managers across the region, setting KPIs and conducting business reviews
• Oversee end-to-end dark store operations, including inbound, putaway, picking, and dispatch
• Monitor performance dashboards and turnaround times to ensure service excellence
• Own the regional operating cost base, including manpower, consumables, and equipment
• Drive cost-per-order improvements through process optimization and unit economics management
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning across the management layer
• Build a high-performance culture through coaching, recognition, and accountability
• Lead operational audits and ensure adherence to SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and labor regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration
• 8+ years of experience in Operations
• 3+ years of experience leading multi-store or multi-city teams
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Excel for performance tracking and decision-making
