Regional Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage City Managers and Area Managers across the region
• Set KPIs, conduct business reviews, and build succession plans
• Oversee end-to-end dark store operations from inbound and putaway through picking and dispatch
• Monitor performance dashboards and turnaround times
• Own the regional operating cost base including manpower, consumables, and equipment
• Drive cost-per-order improvement through process optimization
• Lead hiring and onboarding across the management layer
• Build a high-performance culture through coaching, recognition, and accountability
• Lead operational audits and corrective action plans
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and labor regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration
• 8+ years in Operations
• 3+ years leading multi-store or multi-city teams
• Advanced Power BI and Excel for performance tracking and decision-making
