About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage City Managers and Area Managers across the region
- Set KPIs, conduct business reviews, and build succession plans
- Oversee end-to-end dark store operations from inbound to dispatch
- Monitor performance dashboards and turnaround times
- Own the regional operating cost base including manpower and equipment
- Drive cost-per-order improvement through process optimization
- Lead hiring and onboarding across the management layer
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and labor regulations
