Regional Operations Director

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple infusion centers to ensure an exceptional patient experience
• Support market P&L to ensure strong financial and operational performance
• Act as an escalation resource for operational and clinical challenges
• Recruit, mentor, and grow center-level staff
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and payroll to drive productivity
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, Revenue Cycle, and Clinical Leadership
• Support the launch and operational success of new infusion centers
• Collaborate with Business Development Managers to achieve patient census goals
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources and vendor partners
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of healthcare leadership experience
• Experience with multi-site management
• Experience managing a P&L and leading clinical/administrative teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
