Regional Operations Director

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational performance of multiple Advanced Solutions locations across Washington, Oregon, Montana, and Idaho
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop regional teams and District Operations Managers
• Manage branch financial success, equipment utilization, and profitability
• Conduct monthly safety and property audits across the region
• Monitor key metrics including warranty recovery, billed mechanical hours, and customer satisfaction
• Implement solutions for district-wide conflicts and process improvements
• Maintain a safe work environment in compliance with legal regulations
• Travel up to 70% throughout the region

Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership experience in the equipment rental industry
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to travel up to 70% of the time
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Willingness to live within the specified region
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions and lift 15+ pounds
