Regional Operational Excellence Leader

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Haleon Production System (HPS) programme and its deployment across multiple countries.
• Partner with regional and site leadership teams to ensure engagement, capability building, and structured deployment at all sites.
• Govern deployment planning, progress tracking, gap assessments, and performance reviews to accelerate HPS maturity.
• Role model, coach, and train leaders and teams on HPS standards and behaviors.
• Lead HPS communications, benchmarking, best-practice sharing, and knowledge propagation across regions.
• Support resourcing, capability planning, and recruitment for site-level HPS roles.
• Provide structured options to resolve complex operational challenges and drive disciplined execution.

Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership experience in Operational Excellence, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain Management.
• Strong experience applying Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement principles.
• Proven project, programme, and people leadership capability.
• Experience within a cGMP pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environment.

• Experience operating within a complex, global matrix environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale change initiatives.
• Strong commercial and operational business acumen.
