Regional Operational Excellence Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop improvement projects focused on increasing cost efficiency and service levels.
• Monitor the performance of annual efficiency initiatives to ensure accountability and goal achievement.
• Act as a regional Subject-Matter Expert in efficiency and Lean culture.
• Manage the Lean Six Sigma agenda and promote process standardization across Business Units.
• Perform data analysis to detect efficiency opportunities and support statistical decision-making.
• Establish procedures to identify and replicate best practices throughout the region and nationally.
• Develop real-time dashboards to provide valuable information for rapid decision-making.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain areas (Manufacturing, Warehousing, Distribution, etc.).
• 2+ years of experience executing multifunctional projects, preferably using Lean Six Sigma or Agile methodologies.
• Proven experience in data analysis for identifying improvement opportunities.
• Strong competency in problem-solving methodologies.
