About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan and develop improvement projects focused on increasing cost efficiency and service levels.
- Monitor the performance of annual efficiency initiatives to ensure accountability and goal achievement.
- Act as a regional Subject-Matter Expert in efficiency and Lean culture.
- Manage the Lean Six Sigma agenda and promote process standardization across Business Units.
- Perform data analysis to detect efficiency opportunities and support statistical decision-making.
- Establish procedures to identify and replicate best practices throughout the region and nationally.
- Develop real-time dashboards to provide valuable information for rapid decision-making.
Requirements
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain areas (Manufacturing, Warehousing, Distribution, etc.).
- 2+ years of experience executing multifunctional projects, preferably using Lean Six Sigma or Agile methodologies.
- Proven experience in data analysis for identifying improvement opportunities.
- Strong competency in problem-solving methodologies.
