About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead online business strategies for the Southeast Asia & Oceania region across Samsung.com and various e-commerce platforms to maximize performance.
  • Provide strategic and operational support to senior management to drive sustainable sales growth and an elevated customer experience.
  • Engage directly with Korean-speaking leadership teams to align regional strategies with global developments.
  • Lead cross-functional and cross-market projects aimed at improving customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
  • Prepare comprehensive business reports and executive-level presentations in both English and Korean.
  • Analyze market trends and leverage multi-source data to provide proactive insights and drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Build and sustain strong partnerships across business units to ensure alignment on centralized e-commerce strategy and platform governance.
  • Oversee the execution of online business operational processes to ensure compliance with corporate guidelines and global timelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in managing high-performance B2C e-commerce platforms.
  • Advanced proficiency in Korean (speaking, reading, and writing) for collaboration with leadership.
  • Strong analytical and data visualization skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into strategic recommendations.
  • Proven experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
  • Demonstrated success in managing online conversions, revenue, and leads.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with stakeholders across various functions and geographies.
