Regional On Premise Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive the sales and marketing of Red Bull in On Premise accounts within the assigned region.
• Train, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Musketeers to ensure brand excellence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key On Premise partners and stakeholders.
• Manage area coverage efficiently, spending a minimum of four days a week in the field.
• Implement national and regional business plans while managing budgets and partnership agreements.
• Analyze regional data and market trends to optimize return on investment and monitor competition.
• Ensure premium brand execution, including visibility, menu listings, and perfect serve standards.

Requirements

• 4+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.
• 2+ years of management experience, preferably within the On Premise beverage industry.
• Strong On Premise industry knowledge and established contacts within "the scene."
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel 20-30% of the time.
• Fluency in English (additional language skills are an advantage).
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
