Regional On-Premise Chain Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive volume, share, and revenue in multi-unit accounts on annual, monthly, and brand bases
• Manage relationships with buyers and key influencers in charge of purchasing decisions
• Lead development of annual plans for key accounts to ensure delivery of business goals
• Educate account staff on priority brands through instructional training seminars
• Manage and evaluate promotional spending and implement corrective business actions
• Establish merchandising objectives and produce POS materials like signage and cocktail lists
• Ensure maximum brand visibility and execute promotional events
• Conduct business reviews and provide market competitive information

Requirements

• 5+ years of regional on-premise chain experience
• Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience in supplier, distributor sales, or wine industry management
• Proficient written and oral communication skills
• Intermediate Excel skills and ability to analyze sales data and market trends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Ability to calculate and interpret financial data
• Current valid driver’s license and residency in Northern California
• Ability to travel overnight as required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
