Regional Office Administrator

Responsibilities

• Supervise a regional team of Office Administrators and oversee operations across multiple offices
• Manage day-to-day administrative and operational functions for the primary Miami office
• Maintain strong working relationships with Region Managing Partners to support firm priorities
• Serve as the primary communication link between regional offices and national leadership
• Support hiring, onboarding, performance management, and professional development for regional staff
• Manage regional office budgets, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Oversee office space planning, facilities management, and vendor relationships
• Collaborate with IT to ensure consistent technology implementation across offices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of administrative or operations management experience
• Experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred
• Proven experience managing multiple locations or teams across a region
• Financial insight and experience managing budgets
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Proficiency with standard business and office technology systems
