Regional Ocean Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the Ocean FCL P&L for France, Spain, and Italy by scaling volume and increasing yield
• Act as a market expert to support the commercial organization with regional intelligence and trade insights
• Design Ocean FCL products and develop customized go-to-market strategies for customers
• Analyze P&L data and generate comprehensive regional reports
• Support tenders and RFQs to secure both regional and global customer accounts
• Interface with procurement and pricing teams to identify growth opportunities and drive profitable business
• Drive volume forecasting, allocation strategies, and financial health levers including quoting and invoicing
• Build and maintain strong local relationships with core ocean carriers

Requirements

• 5+ years of Ocean Freight experience at a top freight forwarder/carrier or 5+ years of supply chain experience with a BA/BS degree
• Mandatory experience in logistics pricing and procurement roles
• Proficiency in English, French, Spanish, and Italian
• Strong data interpretation and analytical skills
• Valid driving license
• Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution

Preferred Qualifications

• Past experience in P&L management
• Proven ability to drive process improvements in operational and financial workflows
