About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate regional work teams through weekly meetings and point-of-sale (PDV) visits to develop sales strategies.
- Monitor and follow up with executives, promoters, and sales points to ensure monthly sales objectives are met.
- Improve customer satisfaction by monitoring NPS surveys and managing service cases.
- Validate the quality of sales performed by executives and leaders, ensuring adherence to AT&T pillars and brand image standards.
- Ensure continuous training for staff regarding commercial offers, incentive schemes, commissions, and competitive advantages.
Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's degree (Licenciatura terminada).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales coordination or similar roles.
- Proven experience in sales strategy development and team coordination.
- Experience monitoring NPS (Net Promoter Score) and customer satisfaction metrics.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree (Maestría).
- 4+ years of experience in multichannel sales management.
