About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate regional work teams through weekly meetings and point-of-sale (PDV) visits to develop sales strategies.
  • Monitor and follow up with executives, promoters, and sales points to ensure monthly sales objectives are met.
  • Improve customer satisfaction by monitoring NPS surveys and managing service cases.
  • Validate the quality of sales performed by executives and leaders, ensuring adherence to AT&T pillars and brand image standards.
  • Ensure continuous training for staff regarding commercial offers, incentive schemes, commissions, and competitive advantages.

Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor's degree (Licenciatura terminada).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales coordination or similar roles.
  • Proven experience in sales strategy development and team coordination.
  • Experience monitoring NPS (Net Promoter Score) and customer satisfaction metrics.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree (Maestría).
  • 4+ years of experience in multichannel sales management.
