About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage Medical Affairs Plans and lead scientific exchange within the oncology therapeutic domain.
- Engage in peer-to-peer dialogue with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and Key External Experts (KEEs) to communicate clinical and scientific content.
- Organize and facilitate scientific events, including symposiums, advisory boards, and expert panels.
- Identify and gather medical insights from the field to inform internal medical and product strategies.
- Maintain deep scientific expertise in disease state management, emerging therapies, and the competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support data generation, investigator-sponsored studies, and training needs.
- Ensure all scientific exchanges and activities adhere to pharmacovigilance, GxP, and ethical interaction standards.
Requirements
- Scientific or Master's degree in a relevant scientific discipline.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Strong project management and organizational skills for managing field-based schedules and strategic plans.
- Exceptional presentation skills for delivering informative lectures and scientific content.
- High level of analytical and conceptual thinking to synthesize complex medical data.
Preferred Qualifications
- Doctoral degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., M.D., Ph.D., Pharm.D.).
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a regulatory environment.
- Knowledge of oncology disease states, drug discovery, or clinical research.
- Experience interacting with Key External Experts (KEEs) and managing scientific partnerships.
