Regional Materials Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the materials program for the Southcentral region
• Develop and implement strategic procurement sourcing and management across multiple segments
• Negotiate supplier contracts and build strong vendor relationships
• Manage and analyze inventory through the entire procurement lifecycle, including cycle counts and audits
• Oversee parts, shop, and warehouse operations to implement stock levels and operational efficiencies
• Manage vendor performance, product quality, delivery, and cost
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development for management staff
• Determine staffing levels and ensure compliance with company hiring and disciplinary policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of up to five years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to travel up to 60% within the assigned region
• Valid Driver's License and good driving record
• Effective communication skills with customers and internal personnel
