About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and execute regional marketing strategy in collaboration with sales teams
- Manage regional marketing budget and P&L
- Develop and implement regional product launch plans
- Establish marketing promotional plans including sell-in and sell-out actions
- Plan and organize regional events such as trade shows and customer events
- Oversee regional PR, media plans, and digital marketing initiatives
- Coordinate content strategy for the regional country website
- Support sales teams with marketing and product collaterals to drive lead generation
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing roles
- Experience in automotive aftermarket is a plus
- Proven ability to work in a customer-facing role with sales teams
- Analytical mindset and hands-on execution capabilities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in French and English
- Willingness to travel within France (approximately 25%)
