Regional Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Set the Demand Gen and Field marketing strategy for Korea and Southeast Asia to drive brand awareness and pipeline growth.
• Partner closely with regional Sales leadership and enablement teams to deliver a sales-led marketing strategy.
• Collaborate with International and Global marketing teams to deliver consistent, impactful results across multiple channels and business segments.
• Develop and implement frameworks to track and measure the success and ROI of all marketing programs and spend.
• Act as the regional brand ambassador and face of marketing for the SEA and KR markets.

Requirements

• Experience building and implementing full-funnel Demand Generation strategies across different segments in Singapore, SEA, or Korea.
• Deep understanding of the digital marketing mix and experience using digital channels to optimize and scale programmatic campaigns.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to bring new insights to existing projects.
• Fluency in Korean.
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to operate as a self-starter in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate roadblocks and plan ahead.
