Regional Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the regional marketing strategy to drive awareness, pipeline generation, and market penetration within the Australian territory.
• Localize global positioning, messaging, and value propositions to ensure relevance for local customer segments and competitive landscapes.
• Partner with Regional Sales and Account Management teams to develop market-specific enablement materials and customer proof points.
• Lead regional campaign planning and execution in collaboration with central marketing teams across paid media, lifecycle, and outbound channels.
• Support field marketing initiatives and local events to strengthen brand presence and generate pipeline.
• Act as the voice of the market by surfacing regional insights and competitive intelligence to influence broader company strategy.

Requirements

• 6+ years of marketing experience across demand generation, product marketing, or field marketing.
• Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to align marketing strategy to revenue outcomes.
• Experience operating cross-functionally within fast-paced, matrixed organizations.
• Ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including experience partnering with senior leadership.
• Analytical mindset with experience using performance data to drive decision-making and optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting both SMB and Enterprise go-to-market motions.
• Background in multi-region or localized marketing strategy.
• Familiarity with direct response, lifecycle, and multi-channel demand generation programs.
• Experience in high-growth environments or the healthcare/medical industry.
