Regional Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional marketing strategy to drive awareness, pipeline, and customer acquisition
• Localize global positioning, messaging, and value propositions for regional market dynamics
• Partner with Regional Sales and Account Management teams to develop enablement materials
• Lead regional campaign planning and execution across paid media, lifecycle, web, and content channels
• Support regional events and field marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence
• Surface regional insights and competitive intelligence to influence broader company strategy
• Measure performance and optimize programs for ROI

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in demand generation, product marketing, field marketing, or generalist marketing
• Strong commercial acumen with experience aligning marketing to revenue outcomes
• Experience operating cross-functionally in fast-paced, matrixed organizations
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience executing local events or field marketing initiatives
• Analytical mindset with experience using performance data for decision-making

• Experience supporting both SMB and Enterprise go-to-market motions
• Background in multi-region or localized marketing strategy
