About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute integrated regional B2B marketing activities for the embedded business across India and ASEAN.
- Drive account-based marketing (ABM) and demand generation programs in partnership with sales and channel teams.
- Own on-ground event execution, including large-scale industry events and customer-facing lab events.
- Manage marketing vendors, agencies, and regional marketing funds (MDF/co-op) to ensure cost optimization and KPI delivery.
- Drive local content creation with partners to increase regional resonance with embedded and developer audiences.
- Coordinate digital marketing execution across the region, working with in-house leads to localize promotional plans.
- Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, system integrators (SIs), and ecosystem partners.
Requirements
- Marketing experience in the semiconductor, high-tech, or B2B technology industry.
- Proven experience in channel or partner marketing working with distributors or ecosystem partners.
- Experience driving demand generation and/or account-based marketing (ABM) programs.
- Strong event management experience, including ownership of large-scale industry events.
- Excellent project management skills with experience working across cross-functional, multi-geography teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience covering India, ASEAN, and/or ANZ markets.
- Technical background or exposure to embedded/developer audiences.
- Negotiation skills for structuring co-marketing agreements with partners.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals (paid media, social, and promotional strategy).
