About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional marketing strategy for Japan
- Localize global campaigns, content, and product launches for the Japan market
- Drive lead generation, nurture programs, and sales enablement materials
- Partner with regional sales and global marketing on market feedback and planning
- Track program performance, spend, and ROI
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in biology, molecular biology, biochemistry, or related field
- Multi-year experience in life sciences marketing or regional marketing
- Knowledge of NGS or spatial biology markets in Japan
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business judgment skills
- Excellent Japanese and English communication skills
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
- MSc or PhD in a related biological field
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and G-Suite
- Experience working across APAC markets
