Regional Marketing Director

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary link between corporate marketing and local General Managers to drive regional growth
• Deliver weekly performance reports covering spend, leads, ROAS, and key trends
• Lead quarterly market reviews to evaluate channel mix, budget pacing, and local competition
• Manage market-level campaign activation and coordinate with the performance media team
• Develop regional offer strategies and promotional calendars in partnership with local leadership
• Provide local market context for OOH placement, media channels, and geo-targeting decisions
• Surface emerging market threats and local opportunities from the field back to the corporate team
• Build trusted relationships with General Managers to represent the "voice of the field" in corporate planning

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing experience with meaningful exposure to local or field marketing
• Fluency in full funnel marketing channels including paid search, paid social, display, and local SEO
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into actionable recommendations
• Proven ability to build credibility and manage relationships with non-marketing stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills and high level of organization to manage multiple markets simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in home services, multi-location, or franchise marketing environments
• Familiarity with Power BI or similar business intelligence platforms
• Background working within a centralized marketing structure with field-facing responsibilities
• Experience in a high-growth, operationally-driven business
