Act as the primary link between corporate marketing and local General Managers to translate strategy into local execution
Deliver weekly performance reports to GMs covering spend, leads, ROAS, and key trends
Lead quarterly market reviews to analyze channel mix, budget pacing, and the local competitive landscape
Manage market-level campaign activation and coordinate with the performance media team
Own the regional offer strategy and promotional calendar in partnership with local leadership
Provide competitive intelligence and surface emerging market threats or opportunities from the field
Represent the "voice of the field" in corporate planning processes, including budget cycles and creative briefing

5+ years of marketing experience with meaningful exposure to local or field marketing
Fluency in full-funnel marketing channels including paid search, paid social, display, and local SEO
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance dashboard data into actionable recommendations
Proven ability to build credibility and trusted relationships with non-marketing stakeholders
Excellent communication skills and high organizational ability to manage multiple markets simultaneously

Experience in home services, multi-location, or franchise marketing environments
Familiarity with Power BI or similar business intelligence platforms
Background working within a centralized marketing structure with field-facing responsibilities
Experience in a high-growth, operationally-driven business
