Regional Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Store Managers to create high-energy, inclusive, and empowered store cultures
• Conduct regular store visits to provide direction and set standards for service, safety, and execution
• Drive regional performance using data and insights to improve store standards and achieve sales targets
• Mentor and develop future leaders to build strong succession pipelines in partnership with People & Culture
• Champion a consistent and friendly customer experience across all locations in the region
• Embed a safety-first mindset and ensure compliance with all safety standards across the network
• Lead the region through a major retail transformation and growth phase

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in FMCG or retail, at a multi-site level or as a senior Store Manager
• Experience in big box retail at an Assistant Store Manager level ready to step up into multi-site management
• Strong communication and organizational skills to keep operations focused and on track
• Ability to motivate and influence teams to achieve high performance
• A solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Must reside in Bunbury or a neighbouring South West WA community
