Regional Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Store Managers across 14 stores in Melbourne's Northern suburbs and Goulburn Valley
• Drive operational excellence, sales performance, and achievement of operational targets using data-driven insights
• Visit stores regularly to provide clear direction and set standards for service, safety, and execution
• Mentor and develop future leaders to build strong succession pipelines in partnership with People & Culture
• Champion a consistent, high-quality customer experience across the entire region
• Embed a safety-first mindset and ensure compliance with all safety standards and protocols

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in a multi-site retail or customer-focused environment
• Strong ability to motivate, influence, and develop high-performing teams
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• A solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Experience driving results and managing operational standards
